A 14-year-old girl in Anna, Texas, claims that an
aggressive boxer bit her in the face in late June, though the owner of the dog says that the animal never left its fenced yard.
According to local reports, Schylar Eisensmith is an amateur model and her dog attack wounds may prevent her from continuing with her career. Her mother, Shanna, said that the dangerous dog tore her daughter’s lip and nose – an injury that required 60 stitches and could also need plastic surgery in the future.
The girl said that she and her friend were walking in the neighborhood when the girl heard and noise and looked over a neighbor’s fence. As she bent her head over the fence, a
dog appeared and bit her face. The girl will have to cancel three upcoming modeling opportunities as she heals.
Texas Police are investigating the dog bite incident and are holding the dog for ten days. But they say that the dog does not have a history of aggression, is current on his vaccinations, and never left his enclosed yard. There will be no charges in the TX dog bite case.
