For a $25 donation, MADD will send a personalized, hand written card to your mother, father or both, telling them you have made a donation in their name.

(Deadline for Mother's Day- May 5, Father's Day - June 15)
MADD will send a beautiful card with a hand-written message stating a donation was made by you for them.

- Send an email to nancy.toland@madd.org
- Your Name (as you would like the card signed)
- The Recipient's Name and Address
- Go to www.walklikemadd.org and make a donation of $25 (per card) for as many cards as you like. You can also send MADD a personal check.

They just make a great decision to donate for a good cause. I wish that I was there to personally witness that amazing event. I am sure that it one great day.
