Vehicle Accident Lawyer | DWI Crash Kills Two Innocent People

On Saturday evening, around 6p.m., a Dallas mother and her two-year-old daughter were killed by an alleged drunk driver near the Dallas Executive Airport. Their car was hit by a Mercedes speeding down the road eastbound.

The 26 year-old mother, Kina Williams, and her daughter were turning into an apartment complex when their car was struck by the Mercedes. The driver of the Mercedes, 33 year-old Hilda Verduzco, told police that she was headed to a "girl's night out" celebration and had consumed several margaritas, before getting behind the wheel.

Although the toddler was strapped into a car seat, both she and her mother died at the scene. The car was said to be "unrecognizable."

Family members were devastated and furious with Verduzco. Verduzco was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter the next morning, and bail was set at $200,000.

Verduzco has a criminal past and has been arrested several times, although never for a DWI charge until Saturday.
