Dallas Motorcycle Accident Lawsuit Targets City Of Dallas, Hillary Cli

A Dallas wrongful death lawsuit has been filed by the family of a Texas man who died in a motorcycle accident while escorting a politician around the city during a campaign. The TX wrongful death lawsuit names the City of Dallas, the maker of the man’s motorcycle helmet, and Hillary Clinton and puts forth that the man’s death in the motorcycle accident could have been prevented if not for their negligence.
Two years ago this February, during the presidential campaign, Senior Cpl. Victor Lozada was performing an maneuver during the motorcade during which he lost control of his motorcycle and ran into a concrete structure. His helmet was knocked off and the man flew threw the air and landed on pavement. He died of his injuries.
The lawsuit puts forth that weeks before the deadly Dallas motorcycle accident, Lozada’s motorcycle trainer send a letter saying that the man had made too many mistakes on his bike to be considered for duty and that it would have been dangerous to have him ride without two more weeks of training. However, the man’s training records show that he passed.
The family also believes that Dallas’ faulty 911 emergency system resulted in a long response time of 12 minutes. The state says that the delay was due to the lack of a specific address in relation to the Dallas motorcycle accident.
In addition, the lawsuit alleges that the motorcycle helmet company, Super Seer, has manufactured a defective product since the man’s chinstrap broke during the Texas motorcycle accident.
Finally, the Dallas wrongful death lawsuit alleges that Hillary Clinton did not inform the Dallas Police Department of her need of a motorcade soon enough before her arrival, not giving the department enough time to organize safe assistance.
