The Rasansky Law Firm: Robert Wolf
Getting his start on his high school mock trial team and then participating in both mock trial and moot court appellate competitions in law school, Robert Wolf knew from an early age that he wanted to practice law. One to always stand up for what is right, he saw the field as an opportunity to be the voice for those not ordinarily heard. A Dallas native, Robert was a political science major and Summa Cum Laude graduate at Texas Christian University and then graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2000.
With the desire and opportunity to focus primarily on medical malpractice and birth injury cases, Robert left the office of another plaintiff's attorney and joined the Rasansky Law Firm in 2001. His other practice areas include wrongful death, catastrophic injury, nursing home negligence and product liability. Robert has carried numerous cases through to verdict, including a recent Deceptive Trade Practices Act case during which the jury sent out a question asking, "Is there an amount we could award that would be considered excessive?" He has also argued before the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas.
When not fervently representing victims of medical malpractice or defective products and families of children who have suffered devastating birth injuries, Robert enjoys time with his wife, and is an avid movie-goer. A pop-culture trivia fan, he once competed for a spot on VH1's World Series of Pop Culture and collects movie memorabilia. Supporting the future of the law profession, he has also served as attorney advisor for the J.J. Pearce High School Mock Trial Team.
Robert lives each day by a quote he learned in junior high school: "Do it right, make it big, and give it class."
