US Credit Management has appealed the ruling of the United States District Court that would have allowed our lawsuit against them to go forward.  We must now participate in the appeal process, which may take several more months and perhaps longer than one year. 

We continue to receive many emails and telephone calls from US Credit Management customers.  However, we do not have any answers concerning US Credit Management's current status. 

We have been asked whether they are closing operations, whether they have filed for bankruptcy, and other similar questions.  Unfortunately, we do not know.  Nor are we able to answer the most common question:  "How can I get my money back?"  Until the appeal process is completed, and unless we win the appeal and then are able to get this case certified as a class action, we have no effective way to gather information concerning US Credit Management.
