The victim was reportedly thrown nearly 100 feet due to the impact.

The crash reportedly occurred at the 7400 block of Long Point Drive near Antoine Drive late that night at around 8 p.m. The man was reportedly trying to cross the road to reach some apartment on the other side when he was hit by an oncoming driver.
