The deadly accident was reported at the 900 block of Franklin Street near Travis Street that evening at around 7 p.m. The victim was a woman in her 20s. She was reportedly not feeling well when she fainted and fell onto the roadway, where she was hit by an oncoming semi-truck. 

The vehicle reportedly did not have any logos or markings on it but was described as a newer truck with a gray cab and a white trailer. The identity of the deceased party has been withheld at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the deadly crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials. More information will be provided as it continues.
