The accident was reported at the 9400 block of US-290 at around 1:23 a.m. A woman was reportedly driving a Hyundai Kona when she crashed head-on with an oncoming Freightliner semi-truck on the feeder ramp. The impact forced the Kona to hit a concrete barrier and leave the ramp. 

The driver of the Hyundai was transported to a local hospital in serious condition.
