Mansfield, TX - Woman Fatally Hit by Truck on S Cooper St

Mansfield, TX (March 20, 2023) - A woman in the Mansfield area was killed after being hit by a truck on Sunday night, March 19. 

The deadly accident took place at the 8100 block of S. Cooper Street at around 3:17 a.m. The injured party was found lying unresponsive on the roadway. She suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The operator of the truck remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. No additional information has been provided at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the fatal accident is in progress.
