Local reports indicated that a 2024 Kia Telluride driven by 48-year-old Natasha Brewer of Texarkana was traveling southbound on the highway when she crossed into northbound traffic and collided with an oncoming 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Both Brewer and the driver of the Tahoe, later identified as 46-year-old Jason L. Foster of Tyler, sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. No further information on the deadly crash is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are managing an ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident.
