San Antonio, TX – One Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Moursund Blvd

San Antonio, TX (October 17, 2020) – One man lost his life as a result of a pedestrian accident on Wednesday evening. Just after 8 p.m., on October 14, the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of an accident on Moursund Boulevard.

Reports from authorities show that a man in his 50s was attempting to cross the road in the 200 block of Moursund Boulevard when he was struck by a pickup truck that was driving north on the roadway. The vehicle, identified as a white pickup truck, was driving at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash.

The pedestrian was critically injured in the crash. He was rushed to Brooke Army Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries. No other person involved in the crash was injured. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
