Reports provided by the police show that a vehicle was traveling on Texas State Highway 360 when it became disabled in the 200 block of the roadway. The driver attempted to exit his vehicle when it was struck by a southbound vehicle.
The driver of the first vehicle was fatally injured in the accident. He was pronounced deceased at the scene due to the extent of his injuries. Two other people inside the vehicle were transported to area hospitals for the treatment of injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle, identified as Christopher Kelly, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter for his actions. At this time, the collision remains under investigation with the police.
