Reports indicate that a twin-engine Beechcraft Super King Air B200, with three occupants, was attempting to return to Abilene Regional Airport after a reported electrical problem when the plane went off the radar around 6 a.m.

The Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the site of the accident at approximately 9 a.m. to confirm that no occupants of the plane survived.

This incident remains under investigation.

Coleman County, TX (February 21, 2020) – On February 20, at around 9:20 a.m., authorities were called to the scene of a plane crash near Lake Coleman.

Reports indicate that a twin-engine Beechcraft Super King Air B200, with three occupants, was attempting to return to Abilene Regional Airport after a reported electrical problem when the plane went off the radar around 6 a.m.

The Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the site of the accident at approximately 9 a.m. to confirm that no occupants of the plane survived.
