5.14 Spring, TX – Pedestrian Killed in Crash on Kuykendahl Rd

Cypress, TX (March 9, 2020) – A pedestrian accident on Saturday left a young child and a man seriously injured.

On March 7, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Lake Forest Drive. Reports indicate that a 3-year-old boy and a man were crossing the street when they were struck by a silver Nissan Altima.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to render aid.

The man and child suffered extensive injuries and were both airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.

Three people inside the Altima were later apprehended and arrested.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
