Dallas, TX (October 25, 2020) – An accident on the east side of Dallas claimed one man’s life on Friday morning. At approximately 4:20 a.m., on October 23, the Dallas Police Department responded to the site of a vehicle collision on Samuell Boulevard.
Reports provided by authorities show that a man was walking near the right lane in the 4400 block of Samuell Boulevard when he was struck by a vehicle.
The victim, who was only identified as a 54-year-old man, was fatally injured in the accident. Police and responding crews pronounced the man deceased at the scene before securing the area. At this time, investigations surrounding the incident are underway.
