Fort Worth, TX (February 22, 2020) – On February 21, at around 4:30 p.m., emergency crews in Fort Worth responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 2300 block of South Riverside Drive. Reports indicate that two pedestrians were traveling down the roadway, just south of Interstate 30, when they were struck by a motor vehicle.
One pedestrian incurred fatal injuries in the collision and was immediately declared deceased by the Fort Worth Police Department.
The second victim was seriously injured and transported via MedStar to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
