Reports indicate that 67-year-old Russell Alan Grossman was traveling north along Crowley Road when a vehicle entered into his lane and crashed into his vehicle head-on.
Grossman incurred fatal injuries and was immediately declared deceased.
Two other victims suffered serious injuries and were rushed to area hospitals for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
