Houston, TX (September 14, 2020) – An auto accident reported in the Houston area claimed the life of one man on Sunday. At approximately 2:45 a.m., on September 13, the Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a collision on Westheimer Road.
Reports provided by local news sources show that a male was attempting to cross the roadway in the 12000 block of Westheimer Road when he was struck by a vehicle.
The man sustained fatal injuries in the accident. Crews responded to the site of the collision and declared the victim deceased immediately.
At this time, investigations surrounding the cause of the crash are ongoing.
