Every day, millions of Americans head out to their place of employment. When working, we expect a safe and productive environment. When it comes to the construction industry, it is relatively hard to predict the conditions that workers will endure from day to day. As a result, these workers are more likely to sustain serious injuries in accidents. More than 185,000 people are injured on the job every year across the United States.
Regrettably, numerous workers here in Texas suffer devastating injuries that result in overwhelming pain and suffering. Many victims are hospitalized and have to spend months recovering. Not only are injured workers forced to endure overwhelming mental and physical pain and suffering, but victims and their families are left with stacking medical bills.
