On February 18, authorities were called to the scene of a rush-hour collision on Sherwood Way. Reports indicate that a gray Toyota Camry and a white GMC pickup truck collided along the roadway at the intersection with Moritz Circle.
The driver of the Camry was injured and transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment.
The driver of the pickup truck was subsequently cited for failing to yield the right of way.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation with the San Angelo Police Department.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim injured in this collision, as well as their family, at this time.
