4.14 Temple, TX – Three injured in Azalea Dr Hit & Run Accident

Temple, TX (April 14, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident over the weekend left one woman and three children injured.

At approximately 4:45 p.m., on April 11, a motor vehicle collision occurred along Azalea Drive. Reports indicate that a Chevrolet Malibu and an Audi sedan collided along the roadway at the intersection with Lowes Drive.

The driver of the Audi, who was identified as 18-year-old Benjamin Williams, fled the scene on foot.

The occupants of the Chevrolet, who were identified as a woman and her three children, were all injured. All four victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Williams was subsequently arrested and charged for his actions.

At this time, the Temple Police Department is investigating.
