Fort Worth, TX (March 23, 2020) – A devastating fire incident sent one victim to an area hospital with injuries. On March 21, at around 12:35 p.m., the Fort Worth Fire Department responded to the scene of a fire incident on Tanacross Drive.

Reports indicate that a fire broke out at the Microtel Inn located at 3740 Tanacross Drive for unknown reasons.

One male inside the building suffered extensive burn injuries. CareFlite responded to the scene to transport the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
