Lewisville, TX - One Hospitalized in Truck Accident on I-35

Lewisville, TX (March 2, 2024) - Early on Saturday morning, March 2, a fiery semi-truck crash left one person injured in the Lewisville area. The accident took place on Interstate 35 near Valley Ridge Boulevard at around 7:30 a.m. An 18-wheeler on the interstate was reportedly involved in a crash. 

The truck overturned and caught fire. The fire impacted another vehicle on the interstate, but no one sustained injuries. The truck driver was transported to a local hospital for treatment of burn-related injuries. 

At this time, the circumstances leading to the accident have not been determined. No further information on the crash is currently available.
