Littlefield, TX - Two Injured in Head-on Crash on US-84

Littlefield, TX (April 28, 2024) - Both drivers were hurt after a two-vehicle collision in the Littlefield area on Friday, April 26. The accident was reported late that evening around 10:30 p.m. on US-84. Local reports revealed that a driver was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes. 

The vehicle collided head-on with a westbound car. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. The drivers were transported by ambulance to the University Medical Center in Lubbock for the treatment of sustained injuries. The driver of the other vehicle sustained moderate injuries in the accident. The area was temporarily closed as emergency crews worked to clear the scene of the resulting debris and wreckage.
