Tyler, TX - Pedestrian Hurt in Collision on W Front St

Tyler, TX (March 19, 2024) - There were confirmed injuries after a pedestrian was hit by a motor vehicle in the Tyler area on Monday, March 18. The accident occurred early that morning at around 8:40 a.m. at the 1800 block of W. Front Street. The victim was traveling on foot when they were struck by an oncoming driver. 

Emergency crews were quickly dispatched to the scene after being notified of a pedestrian-vehicle accident. The victim was struck and treated at the scene before being transferred to a local hospital for further support. The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with responding officials.
