Cedar Hills, TX – Two Drivers Killed in Car Accident on US-67

Cedar Hills, TX (August 3, 2020) – Just after 2 a.m., on August 2, officers with the Cedar Hill Police Department and the Midlothian Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on US Highway 67.

Reports provided by authorities show that a northbound and a southbound vehicle collided in the southbound lanes of US Highway 67 near the area of US Highway 287 interchange. Both vehicles sustained extensive damages in the crash. Emergency medical services arrived at the site of the collision to render aid to the two injured drivers. It was soon determined that attempts to render aid would not be successful given the extent of injuries both victims sustained. The two victims were subsequently pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. At this time, the police in Cedar Hill are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
