De Berry, TX – One Killed in Truck Accident on FM123

De Berry, TX (August 16, 2020) – A trucking accident reported on Friday evening claimed one victim’s life in Panola County. At around 6 p.m., on August 14, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the site of a crash with the Inter Community Volunteer Fire Department.

Reports provided by authorities show that an 18-wheeler and a small pickup truck collided on Farm to Market Road 123 near the intersection with Highway 79. The driver of the pickup truck sustained fatal injuries in the accident. Emergency crews responded to the site and declared the victim deceased. No other person involved in this crash was injured. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
