Beaumont, TX (March 12, 2020) – A devastating collision on Wednesday evening claimed one victim’s life. On March 11, at around 5:40 p.m., Beaumont Police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Eastex Freeway.

Reports indicate that two vehicles collided along the highway near the Parkdale Mall. A total of four people were involved in the collision.

Unfortunately, one victim suffered fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
