Call, TX - Fatal Suzuki Motorcycle Accident on FM 1004

Call, TX (March 14, 2024) - On Tuesday, March 12, a deadly two-vehicle crash took a life in the Call area. The fatal collision took place on Farm to Market Road 1004 late that evening at around 9 p.m. A Suzuki motorcycle and a Honda Accord reportedly collided at the scene. 

Emergency responders were quickly dispatched after being notified of a crash with injuries. Local sources indicate that the Suzuki was traveling southeast as the Honda was headed northwest on the roadway. The driver of the Accord entered the path of the motorcycle as they attempted to make a left turn into a private driveway. The vehicles collided, leaving the rider with fatal injuries. The deceased party was later identified as 44-year-old David Williams of Buna. No further information on the fatal accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is in the hands of local law enforcement officials.
