Jasper, TX - Two Injured in Rollover at US-96 & FM 1005

Jasper, TX (March 14, 2024) - There were confirmed injuries after a two-vehicle collision in the Jasper area on Tuesday, March 12. The collision occurred on US-96 near Farm to Market Road 1005 that night at around 6:57 p.m. Two vehicles collided at the scene, and the impact caused one to overturn. 

When emergency responders arrived, they found one of the cars overturned and the other on the roadway. Two people were transported to local hospitals for treatment of sustained injuries. The extent of the related damages has not been determined. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. No further information on the accident is currently available.
